Access Procedures
TESS is flexible, and the TESS contractor can provide any type
of service, ranging from diagnostics to assist a mission in determining
the best type of program, to program design, to implementation.
Step One
To begin the process, acquiring Missions/Bureaus should decide
the type of service they require, and the type of funding they will
use: i.e. buy-in, co-financing, core funding.
Step Two
The Task Order CTO should draft a statement of work for a specific
activity, and then clear it with the TESS Component Manager, in
EGAT/OEG: Dan Rathbun.
Dan Rathbun can also assist you in developing/revising the scope
of
work.
Step Three
Begin work! Since the TESS Task Order is already approved, there
is no further paperwork required.
